Week 4: Audit Review & Optimization

  • During our 6-8 weeks together, plan on 2-3 hours per week. Some weeks will be lighter (just reviewing what I've created), and some will be heavier (when you're implementing). After our time together ends, you'll need about 1-2 hours per week to maintain the system.

  • You'll have everything you need to maintain the system independently. The content calendar, templates, and strategies we build are yours forever. That said, many authors come back for quarterly strategy sessions or join The Author Circle for ongoing support.

  • Yes! In fact, niche genres often do better with strategic marketing because there's less competition and more passionate readers. The research I do will be specific to YOUR genre and YOUR readers, not generic advice.
